CH1000 Kohler Command Pro 4-stroke Engine: The air-cooled V-twin CH1000 40 hp offers high torque characteristics at low rpm, making this 4-stroke engine ideal for driving the variable forward/reverse pitch propeller and compressor lift fan on the AirRider 23 & 34.

With cast iron cylinder liners and aluminum block construction, the Kohler CH1000 offers long life and reliability.
Hoverworks Hovercraft has retro fitted to the CH1000 engine a flexible anti-crack free flow exhaust and low noise exhaust muffler.
As an option, Hoverworks Hovercraft offers the CH1000 with protection for use in a salt water environment. The engine alloy casing is enameled and the internal electrical components are sealed to prevent shorting and corrosion.
CV640 Kohler 4-Stroke V-Twin Engine: is used as a dedicated compressor lift fan engine on the AirRider 45. The 2-engine system offers the AirRider 45 good performance for light commercial operation... passenger, rescue, utility.
