Easy Hull and Compenent Assembly: The Construction Manual offers easy to follow step-by-step instructions with drawings and photos to assist you with every section of assembly. All marine grade plywood hull panels are laser profile-cut, ready to pin and glue together to form a light weight and durable hull structure. All metal components are preformed ready to fasten to the hull and there is no welding or fabrication required. The air cushion skirt system is supplied ready for attachment. The engine, drive transmission, variable pitch propeller, lift fan, rudders, seats, wiring loom, instruments, controls, fuel tank, etc; are supplied ready to fit. All components and fastenings are included in the ‘EasyRideAir’ kit packs, except for the battery and hull paint.

Hull construction time would amount to no more than two weekends and a few evenings. (approximately 45-50 hours, plus an allowance for glue and paint drying times) For fitting of components, a further 20-30 hours.

Some folk may take a little longer, however, the end result is the same for everyone… fun on your personally assembled EasyRideAir Hovercraft.
